Payment Terms & Rescheduling Policies

Regular Clients

(Players attending on a fixed schedule on a term basis)

Prepayment for the full term is required in order to guarantee the assigned day, time, and coach throughout the term.

Rescheduling - Private Sessions (1 Player)

• Rescheduling is permitted when completed online at least 24 hours in advance.
• Any rescheduled session must take place within the same term period.
• Sessions cannot be carried over to the following term.

Rescheduling - Semi-Private & Group Sessions (2-4 Players)

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and confirmed by all participants.
• All rescheduled sessions must be completed within the same term period.
• In the event of a partial cancellation (where not all participants agree to reschedule), the session will proceed as scheduled.
• Make-up sessions:
  • Are arranged with the coach or Head Coach.
  • Are capped at three (3) make-up sessions per term.
  • Take place during public and school holidays.

No make-up sessions may be carried forward to the next term. All rescheduling requests must be submitted via WhatsApp to the respective coach at least 24 hours in advance.

Non-Regular Clients & Hotel Guests

Private sessions (1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4) are available via our online booking portal, where single sessions or packages may be purchased.

Package Validity

• 10-session package: valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
• 50-session package: valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Rescheduling is permitted when completed online at least 24 hours in advance.
• Rescheduled sessions must fall within the package validity period.
• Expired packages are not extendable.

Adult Group Classes

• Group sessions are available via the online booking portal, with the option to book single sessions or purchase packages.
• 10-session group package: valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Rescheduling is permitted at least 24 hours in advance.
• All rescheduled sessions must occur within the package validity period.

Junior Program & Ladies League Training

• Prepayment for the full term is required.
• Make-up sessions are subject to availability and will be scheduled by the coaching team.
• A maximum of two (2) make-up sessions per term is permitted.
• All make-up sessions must take place within the same term period.
• Sessions cannot be carried forward to the next term.

Court Rentals

• Court rentals are available via the online booking portal.
• Rescheduling is permitted when completed online at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental time.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be considered for medical reasons, subject to submission of a valid doctor's letter clearly stating exercise restriction.
• Payments are non-refundable under all other circumstances.
• If a coach is unavailable due to vacation, illness, or departure, the Tennis Director will assign a suitable replacement coach.
• Cancellation of any external membership or club affiliation does not entitle the client to a refund for unused tennis sessions.

Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late without prior notice may have their session cancelled.
• The full session fee will be charged.

Coaches

Requests to change a coach should be directed to the Tennis Director, who will be happy to assist where possible.

Waiver & Indemnity Agreement

I acknowledge that my participation in services provided by Tipsarevic Luxury Tennis is voluntary and involves physical activity that may result in injury. I knowingly assume all associated risks.

I confirm that if I experience any pain, discomfort, or injury, I will immediately inform a member of staff and cease participation.

I understand that it is recommended to consult a physician prior to engaging in physical exercise.

In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities and services, I agree to the following:

• To waive any and all legal claims, present or future, against Tipsarevic Luxury Tennis, JT Group FZC LLC, and all affiliated entities, officers, employees, and representatives.
• To release all liability for loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from participation, including claims of negligence or breach of duty.
• To indemnify and hold harmless Tipsarevic Luxury Tennis and JT Group FZC LLC from any claims arising from my participation.
• To release responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.

Publicity Release

I consent to being photographed and filmed during activities conducted by Tipsarevic Luxury Tennis and JT Group FZC LLC. All rights to such media ("Footage") shall remain the exclusive property of the operator and may be used for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes, in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, waivers, and indemnities stated above.
